MHS COVID-19 Student Vaccination Clinic (In collaboration with Merced County Department of Public Health)


MUHSD is partnering with Merced County Department of Public Health to run a student vaccination clinic on Wednesday, May 5th from 1:30-4:00 PM at Merced High School's Cafeteria.  Students MUST bring a permission slip in order to receive a vaccine.  The Pfizer vaccine is available to students 16 and older ONLY.  Permission slips are available on the MHS website and linked below.  Once a permission slip is received, you will be given an appointment time.  Please turn in permission slips as soon as possible. Return all forms to MHS Front Office by Tuesday, May 4, 2021.

MUHSD school nurses are working closely with Merced County Department of Public Health (MDPH) who are, in turn, working closely with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and monitoring the situation. The group is also establishing protocols for schools in the event that Coronavirus does spread in Merced County. More information will be shared as this plan develops. MUHSD Health Services seeks to help all students be healthy and ready to learn through a variety of activities and procedures. The MHS Health Office is open every day from 7:15 to 3:45 for medication administration, first aid, sick child care, and facilitation of home passes. For after-hours health services please visit the attendance office, Room 107.
