MUHSD is partnering with Merced County Department of Public Health to run a student vaccination clinic on Wednesday, May 5th from 1:30-4:00 PM at Merced High School's Cafeteria. Students MUST bring a permission slip in order to receive a vaccine. The Pfizer vaccine is available to students 16 and older ONLY. Permission slips are available on the MHS website and linked below. Once a permission slip is received, you will be given an appointment time. Please turn in permission slips as soon as possible. Return all forms to MHS Front Office by Tuesday, May 4, 2021.
MUHSD school nurses are working closely with Merced County Department of Public Health (MDPH) who are, in turn, working closely with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and monitoring the situation.
