Merced High seniors were honored during the first annual National Signing Day on May 10, 2017. The ceremony celebrated students who plan to seek further training and education after graduation at community colleges, four-year universities, trade schools and the armed forces. Thanks to AVID teacher Lindsey Gentry for coordinating this wonderful experience!

The Merced County Office of Education has awarded twelve MHS students the Seal of Biliteracy. To earn this special designation, students must demonstrate competency in reading, writing and speaking a second language. Congratulations to these outstanding students!
